The HAROSA to ICSO conference held in Barcelona from June 13-15, 2012, showcased the collaborative efforts of international research groups in Operations Research and Computer Science. The event, organized by the Department of Computer Science at IN3, focused on hybrid algorithms for routing, scheduling, and resource availability problems. Key topics included distributed computing, network optimization, and heuristics. Participants from Europe and the Americas discussed current projects and future collaborations, strengthening the research network in Internet computing and systems optimization.
