  5. Modular Certification • Plans must be certified by approved 3rd party agency (NTA) • Home will carry evidence of approval - NTA label • Homes inspected during production by approved inspector certified to inspect by applicable state codes

Some Notable Differences • Steel Insulated Front and Rear Doors • Higher insulation requirements • Low-E High Strength vinyl windows • Metal Faucets on vanities, tubs & showers • Arc fault circuits for each bedroom (NEC 2008) • Fiberglass tubs and showers (no plastic) • Anti-scald valves on all showers & tubs • Overflow drain on tubs • OSB exterior sheathing required • Digital Programmable Thermostat • 50 Gallon High Efficiency Water Heater • All wood penetrations are air sealed
