Purpose for BCCA • to provide a provincial forum and structure for deliberations and decision-making related to programs and initiatives outside the RCC’s • to provide a consistent and co-ordinated approach to program development, monitoring, and evaluation • to enhance partnerships with each of the RHA’s

  8. Development Process Step 1: Key representatives from each organization will meet and discuss the proposed “Partnership Framework”

  9. Development Process Step 2: The organizations will form a Regional Advisory Council to review, develop and agree on: -operating principles-roles & assigned responsibilities- performance measures -operating plan -resources framework

  10. Operating Principles • The Regional Advisory Councils will identify and agree on operating principles for the partnership • The example provided - BCCA & FHA for the Abbotsford Hospital & Cancer Centre • may/will differ by HA
