2. Further reducing the number of meetings by tagging Recognition time onto existing meetings and events if possible

3. Better aligning/spacing all meetings/events chronologically

4. Better aligning meeting/event messages with specific NAIT themes (as directed by NAIT Leadership)

5. Using Site Events to strategically promote and support key cultural themes (as directed by NAIT Leadership)

OTHER BENEFITS (use optional):

6. At-a-glance schedule for supporting media (email reminders, save the date messages, intranet updates, etc.)

7. Track important deadlines (presentation due dates, LOB report due dates, etc.)

Meeting Frequency (based on feedback from People Manager's meetings):

1. NAIT All Hands meetings - quarterly (include Recognition in a NAIT-wide roll up)

2. NAIT People Managers meetings - quarterly, on non-NAIT All Hands months (include Recognition)

3. LOB All Hands meetings - quarterly, on non-NAIT All Hands months (include Recognition)

RE: Revised Meeting Scheduling for NAIT Corporate and NAIT Lines of Business (LOB) / Recognition for a Job Well Done

Thank you for your valuable feedback about Meeting Scheduling and Recognition.

Based on what you told us and on recommendations by your Managers, Site Leaders and CIOs, the NAIT Communications Team will help make our NAIT-wide communications more effective by:

1. Reducing the number of meetings at all levels and avoiding content repetition

2. Better aligning/spacing all meetings and events chronologically

3. Better aligning meeting and event messages with specific NAIT themes (Guiding Principals and Vision)

4. Using Site Events to promote and support a positive corporate culture

Recognition for a Job Well Done

1. To ensure Recognition occurs often, Recognition time will be scheduled.

2. Recognition time will be built into NAIT, LOB and Site meetings and events

3. Recommendations from your VOE “Recognition” Tiger Team will be incorporated in the near future

Reduce Number of Meetings and Avoid Content Repetition:

1. NAIT All Hands meetings will be held quarterly

- Meeting will include Recognition time as a NAIT-wide roll up

2. LOB All Hands meetings will be held quarterly on non-NAIT All Hands months

- All Shared Services Support Staff will be invited

- Meeting will include Recognition time

3. Site Events will be held once per quarter (and will include Recognition)

4. Recognition Meetings will occur monthly and may be built into other meetings and/or site events when possible

Thank you for your continued dedication to our organization.

Mark Torkos and the NAIT Communications Team
