Athletes: • 5 minutes before the start the course and pit area are closed! • the stadium is open ONLY for the athletes, who take part to the race! access to the start: • Ski marking C and F-ski • equipment (ski, pole) must be in the box (start number is also box number) • to the start – start in 1 minute, 30 seconds ………. shoot !!! • 2 x 3,75 Km C – ski exchange in the box – 2 x 3,75 Km F – ladies 4 x 3,75 Km C – ski exchange in the box – 4 x 3,75 Km F – men • finish • The material (skies and poles) must be taken out by the athletes for the three best athletes taken out by the jury
