Zusammenfassung • Indikation zur adjuvanten postoperativen Radiochemotherapie (immer noch jedes) Stadium UICC II und III • bei St. IV nach kurativer Resektion • Rolle RT +TME unklar - neue Studien sind nötig, um Risikopatienten zu definieren • Präoperative RT zumindest bei primär nicht resektablen Tumoren indiziert • Kurzzeitbehandlung (z.B.5 x 5 Gy) verbessert Therapieresultate ohne Einfluß auf Resektionsrate • Langzeittherapie (z.B. 45 Gy in 5 Wo.) - höhere Resektionsrate • Ergebnisse RChT noch nicht vollständig evaluiert
