The Christian and Good Works • Good works are deeds of love toward others (Mt. 26:10; Acts 9:36; 1 Tim. 2:10; 5:25; 6:18; Heb. 10:24) • Good works cause others to look to God (Mt. 5:16; Tit. 2:7; 1 Pet. 2:12) • Good works must be authorized by God’s word (Eph. 2:10; 2 Tim. 3:17)
