  1. Accreditation Schemes for Energy Assessors Scheme re-launch 25th February 2010

  2. A new scheme package to meet needs of energy assessors • Thank you to all scheme members who took part in our recent market research and DEA forum…we've been listening! • We are pleased to announce that following your feed-back we are introducing number of changes to make the BRE schemes even better value.

  3. New fee structure: • Listening to our members we have reviewed lodgement fees downwards from 1st March 2010. We will look after our members by setting fees that reward loyalty to the scheme by introducing a volume related fee, linked to the total volume of lodgements you have made since joining. • Fees range from £3.50 and £20 for domestic and commercial EPCs and will remain at £4.50 and £10 for SAP and DECs respectively. Remember, there are no other charges from BRE or Quest for preparing and lodging your EPC. • More competitive – making the BRE schemes even better value. • Simplified fee structure – easier to understand, no monthly resetting. • Rewards loyalty – reducing scale with volume, the more you lodge the better it gets. • New fee structure effective from 1st March – for full details of new fees see fee sheet in member’s area
