DCPDS Login error. What Causes the Error?. Adobe Acrobat .PDF files, specifically those with digital signatures. Select the Common Policy certificate and click Remove. Scroll down, select the Entrust Certificate and Remove it.

  2. What Causes the Error? • Adobe Acrobat .PDF files, specifically those with digital signatures.

  3. Select the Common Policy certificate and click Remove

  4. Scroll down, select the Entrust Certificate and Remove it

  5. Exit and restart the browser. You should be able to log in to DCPDS.
