  3. All houses should have a study room a dining room, a breakfast bar ,3 bathrooms and toilets and two lounges.

  4. All houses should come with a set of usable things which are dining table, stove, oven,54inch Television with either sky box or virgin media, microwave and a landline that has already been set up.
