AHWC Action Agenda CTE-PoS Specific Objectives • Develop an integrated Program of Study framework with a focus on Health careers by June 2012. • Implement the Health Program of Study in three local school districts beginning in fall 2012. • Results shared and extended to additional schools / districts throughout Alaska with emphasis on rural schools. 7

  12. Program of Study Framework FOCUS on Familiar Components and draft Indicators Credit Transfer Couse Sequencing These are “TECH PREP” as we know it Framework wraps these into a comprehensive system including other core factors, e.g. Counseling and Advisement Partnerships Etc.

What do you call it? What’s missing? RETURN TO US by end of day … Your input will help us refine the indicators Goal to create an instrument for benchmarking Identify where the gaps are to promote system building
