Cara PengambilanContoh • Contoh uji diambil dengan alat penarik contoh secara acak sebanyak akar pangkat dua dari jumlah jerigen yang berisi minyak kayu putih yang telah diaduk isinya sedemikian rupa sehingga mewakili isi seluruhnya. • Dari setiap jerigen diambil sebanyak 250 ml dengan alat penarik contoh, dan dicampurkan. Pengemasan dan Penandaan • Minyak kayu putih dikemas dengan jerigen yang tidak mempengaruhi mutu minyak kayu putih.  Isi tiap jerigen 25 kg. • Pada setiap wadah atau jerigen  dicantumkan : • nama barang, • produsen, • nomor jerigen, • berat bersih, • mutu barang, • buatan Indonesia.
