  3. Time • Constructive • Affirmative- 8 minutes • CX- 3 minutes • Negative- 8 minutes • CX- 3 minutes • Affirmative – 8 minutes • CX- 3 minutes • Negative- 8 minutes

  4. Time • Rebuttal • Neg- 5 minutes • Aff- 5 minutes • Neg- 5 minutes • Aff- 5 minutes • Each team will get 8 minutes preparation • Each speaker will speak for around 16 minutes

  5. Preparation • Find a partner • Analyze the topic (resolution) • Write cases • You will have to debate both sides of a topic. YOU WILL NEED TO FIND A LOT OF EVIDENCE!
