  3. Express Permit -- Water Heater Example the Payoff of an Internet Approach Many Building Permits issued in the Region are Express Permits taken out by Licensed Contractors, these are prime targets for online processing. 3

  11. Data contained on current Municipal forms can be captured in the system to allow for maintaining a complete electronic record eliminating paper for online submissions.

  12. Interfaces with Financial Mgmt. Systems will determine if there are delinquent bills. Business rules will decide whether payments for delinquent bills are due before this permit type can be completed. Work done will be stored. Customer reviews the application before making payment
