By eating in a healthier way you will this will increase your chances to becoming healthier as well as making you much fitter. By feeling good you will become more emotionally stable and be able to cope with future challenges. Being more active will increase your physical ability as well as making you fitter and healthier.

  3. Next slide Olympic Values An extremely important value which many athletes have to use is determination. Determination is crucial for many things which enable you to be healthy. To eat in a healthier way you must be determined,you must constantly encourage yourself to keep eating in a healthy way and your determination should keep you from straying to unhealthy foods. To be more active determinationis extremely important. You must be determinedin order to rise up to all sorts of challenges which enable you to be more physically active.

  4. Next slide Eat Well Food has a great impact on our day to day life. The nutrition we find in food is very important and the food we eat provides us with several vitamins and nutrients. The following are some crucial eating tips which help you live in a healthy way: -Always eat breakfast, this gives you the energy need throughout the day as well as stopping you from snacking. - Drink lots of water, this is good for your complexion as well as making you feel fuller, therefore stopping you from snacking. - Snack on fruit, fruit has a low amount of calories making it the perfect snack.

  5. Next slide Feeling good Feeling positive increases our well being in many ways. However, we always get the times when we feel stressed, angry and many other negative feelings. It is crucial that we learn how to deal with these situations so that we can return as quickly as possible to feeling good and positive again.

  6. Being more active Thinking of exercise may automatically give you an image of tiring workouts or painful jogs. There are many different ways you can do exercise in a lighter, more enjoyable way. For example, walking to school, playing a team sport, doing dance routines, yoga etc.
