  2. Introduction Voice tags are the spoken words used as commands in mobile phones that support voice recognition and voice control. When creating a voice tag the user is required to speak the word clearly into the microphone, to establish the characteristics of their voice

  3. Purpose Use voice tag in dial without keyword so it helps to save time

  4. Environment Voice tags are not language dependent. They are dependent on the speaker's voice. Voice tags are sensitive to background noise. Record them and make calls in a quiet environment. When recording a voice tag or making a call by saying a voice tag, hold the phone in the normal position near to your ear.

  5. Very short names are not accepted. Use long names
