Fees • Supply the square footage and building type • Estimate the value • Materials and labor only ------------- • The City will calculate the fees by: • 2003 ICC Building Valuation Data to calculate the value • For commercial projects; a .9 regional modifier will be applied • UAC Table 112-A to calculate the fees based on the value • Commercial modifier .67 • Residential .5 • Add Zoning and Hydrology fees ----------- • At Permit issuance • Add Impact fees

  15. Fee calculation example • 2005 ICC BVD = 100.25 * .9 = 90.225 (81% of 2012 BVD) • 90.225 * 2000 SqFt = $180,450 • Compared to Las Vegas, Phoenix, SLC, C-Springs: • Albuquerque Residential 23% lower, Commercial 60%.
