  3. d General Information Southern Foodservice Management is pleased to announce our catering menu. We offer a delicious array of food and beverages selections designed to meet The needs of your employees, customers and guests. We can cater to you and your organization for events as simple as coffee breaks and as elegant as served receptions, lunches and dinners. This catering menu is designed to be used as a Guide for planning of events. Although our menu describes a variety or items, you are not limited to what is listed. If there is something you do not see and With to have at your event it is the goal of our Management staff to custom create your event to best suit your needs. All orders must be placed on line at http://emenu_volkswagen.southernfoodservice.com/ Payment Arrangements: All events are paid for with a P.O. Number. Events without valid payment information will be placed on hold. Room and Meeting space Arrangements: Room and meeting space arrangements may be made through the appropriate department within you company. Service Charges: All Catering will be subject to a 10% service charge. Groups less than 20 will incur a fee of 10% or $20.00, whichever is greater. For events during non-normal business hours a service charge will apply. Ordering Procedures: Catering orders must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance. We will try to work with you to find solutions to your last minute needs. Guarantee Policy: To professionally prepare for each event, we request that you Guarantee the number of guests attending your event at least 24 hours in advance. Any changes must be made 24 hours prior to the event. If no changes are confirmed, Service will be provided and billed for the original number of guests. Cancellations: We know that at times you may need to cancel an event with short notice. Due to our advance preparation, complete cancellations with in 48 hours will not incur any charges. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the total, and less than 24 hours will incur the full cost.
