  2. What is Employee Engagement? Employee engagement is about: Motivated employees Employees who are passionate about BSA’s success Employee retention Employee productivity Employee’s relationship with their manager Customer Service Employees who come to work excited and ready to give 110%
  3. Survey Methodology An email invitation to complete the online survey was sent to 827 national and 1,879 local council employees on July 5, 2012. The survey closed on July 24, 2012 with 612 national council employees responding, resulting in a response rate of 74.0 percent and 1,163 local council employees responding, resulting in a response rate of 61.2 percent.
