  1. Sights There are many symbols that represent the United States of America. One of the popular onesis the „Stars and Stripes“.

  3. The White House is the official residence of the President of the United States of America, and has been for over 200 years. It is located at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington D.C. • The Washington Monument is an obelisk-shaped building in Washington D.C. that was built to honor the first President of the United States.

  4. The St. Louis Gateway Arch is an elegant monument in the USA. It cost about 13 million Dollars. It is in the form of an inverted catenary, which is a very stable structure that is often used in bridges, domes and arches. • Mount Rushmore National Memorial is a huge mountain sculpture of four US Presidents, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore "Teddy" Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln. Located near Keystone in (South Dakota USA).

  5. The Liberty Bell is a huge bronze bell that symbolizes freedom in the United States of America. • The Lincoln Memorial commemorates the life of Abraham Lincoln, the 16th President of the United States. It is located in Potomac Park, Washington, D.C.
