鳳凰木的介紹. ◎ 製作者：葉晉豪 . 陳立祥. 鳳凰木. 操場北側. 火樹、紅花楹樹. 豆科（蘇木科）. 落葉性大喬木. ＊葉子： 二回羽狀狀複葉，對生，小葉長橢圓形。 ＊莖幹： 高約 8-25 公尺，樹冠傘狀，樹皮粗糙，灰褐色。 ＊花朵： 在 5-7 月開花，花瓣五枚，具長瓣柄，鮮紅色帶黃暈。 開花時，滿樹火紅好似著火一般，非常熱鬧。 ＊果實： 莢果扁平如大彎刀，暗褐色，堅硬，果期在 10 ～ 12 月。 ＊其他： 1. 花朵和種子有毒，可別往嘴巴送哦！ 2. 開花季節正值各級學校畢業的季節，因此也成為畢業的代言人。.
