Helpline Volunteers NA Minnesota has 57 volunteers answering the Minnesota Helpline 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Where did the calls go? 7,344 total calls to the Helpline from July 19, 2010 through March 22, 2012.
When do the calls come in? Of the 2,380 calls to volunteers, 87% of them are between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
When are calls missed? Of the 2,380 calls to volunteers, 228 calls, 10%, went to voicemail. VM’s answered in 24 hours.
