This study compares AccuTnI and hs-cTnI concentrations in specimens with concentrations lower than the highest hs-cTnI calibrator. A total of 1177 samples were analyzed, showing a correlation between AccuTnI and hs-cTnI concentrations. The formula used was hs-cTnI= 0.862(AccuTnI) – 0.001, with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.87. The findings provide insights into the relationship between these cardiac troponin markers.
