Continuity Planning In Indiana Courts

Indiana Courts are urged to develop robust continuity plans to effectively prepare for unexpected events. This entails identifying who can activate the plan, documenting a line of succession, and building a plan activation team. Essential functions should be defined and prioritized, and recovery plans developed. In case of an incident, assess the situation, decide on a response, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. The Division of State Court Administration is available for assistance and guidance on continuity planning and recovery strategies.
