  9. Customers can • save any record to favourites, print or share via email • request advice from SCD online • refer for assessment online.

  10. Care providers can • apply online to update or add information to their records • submit a record for a new service.

  11. Promotion • ‘soft’ launch October / November 2013 • full launch around eight weeks later.

  12. Your record • we will notify you if we have a record for your service • if we need information, please respond • check your record at ‘soft’ launch October / November 2013.
