  1. Managing Calcium deficiency is made easy with Ayurveda Calcium is the foremost essential micronutrient that human body cannot function properly without. Calcium deficiency predominantly affects bones and teeth and disturbs the process of calcium absorption which is mainly responsible for hormone secretion, muscle contraction, nerve transmissive and other bodily processes.
