  3. 教研的使命 1、“化新为金、推陈出新”; 2、让新文件落户金山; 3、把新文件作为推进金山幼教质量的标杆;

  4. 推进思路 “熟读精思”、“切己体察”、“坚定持志” ； 推进目标 造就幼儿、成就教师、铸就金山幼教的品牌。

  6. 做法与成效：“五个一”项目 举办了一批专题培训； 开展了一轮专项调研 ； 举行了一组竞答交流； 汇编了一套经验专集； 召开了一系列现场研讨；

  7. 初步成效： 1、提高了教师的专业能力。 2、完善了教研机制。 3、扩大了学前教育在全社会的影响。
