  8. Proposed Changes January 26, 2008 Hello;I have come across what I believe is a mistake in the FMH-1 and I believe that it has been propagated for many years since the exact same thing is in the 1994 version of FMH-1.On page 2-2, paragraph 2.5.2a2d and 2.5.2a8e is this reference; The lowest standard instrument approach procedure minimum as published in theNational Ocean Service (NOS) U.S. Terminal Procedures. If none published, use1/2 mile.As far as I can tell, and I have searched the entire National Ocean Service web site, they do not have anything whatsoever to do with instrument approach procedures.  The FAA web site is where one finds the latest Terminal Procedures Publications.  The web site address is: http://naco.faa.gov/index.asp?xml=naco/onlineproductsCould someone please double check this?  If it is indeed a mistake, then it has propagated through the National Weather Service and FAA manuals and instructions.  NWSI 10-1303 and WS Operating Handbook 7, contain the same remarks and so does the FAA 7900.5b manual.I would very much appreciate hearing about anything you can find out about this.
