Results • Key success indicator: client hospitals required leadership with commitment to improvement and control over key management and financial systems. • Network approach offered unique opportunities for strengthening mentor skills, documentation, and learning across dozens of eye hospital improvement projects. • Network also enabled access to funding that would not have been available to the mentors individually.
