Today’s Session • Purpose:to familiarize users with the reports and tools designed to reveal site performance. • Objectives: At the end of this course participants will be able to: • Utilize the Top Line Metrics Report • Access, analyze, and distribute Action Ready Reports • Utilize the Demographics, Mobile, and Systems Reports • Create, save, and publish Dashboards

  3. Lesson 1: Top Level Reports

  4. Lesson 1: Objectives • At the end of this lesson participants will be able to: • Access the Top Line Metrics Report • Understand Action Ready Reports • Email daily, weekly, and/or monthly performance summaries

  5. Top Line Metrics Report • Overview: Access and analyze high-level site metrics. • Examples of Usage: • Use Top Line Compare to compare time periods • Insert Date Annotations as a visual reminder of an event which caused a spike or decline in data • View Insights to obtain further guidance

  6. Action Ready Reports • Overview: Provides a visually appealing, executive level Excel reporting suite. • Examples of Usage: • Schedule recurring emails for executives or colleagues without logins • Print and use graphs and data for presentations

  7. Lesson 1 Wrap-Up: True of False? The Top Line Metrics Report is located under the Manage Tab. Date annotations can be inserted into the TLM Report for quick historical reference. Action Ready Reports allow access to data for those without logins.

  9. Lesson 2: Objectives • At the end of this lesson participants will be able to: • Learn about visitors’ browsers and systems • Understand mobile device traffic • Optimize design and layout of sites using technical data

  10. Demographics • Overview: View visitor activities for common regions, languages, and time zones. • Examples of Usage: • View sessions and average time on site • Measure demand in emerging markets • Segment visitors using demographic criteria

  11. Mobile Reports • Overview: View mobile device traffic from phones, tablets, and game consoles. • Examples of Usage: • Decide which browsers to support and test • Understand mobile operating system usage • Analyze conversion produced from mobile devices

  12. System Reports • Overview: View common system settings and preferences. • Examples of Usage: • Decide which browsers to support and test • Confirm optimal screen resolution settings • Proactively correct broken links

  13. Lesson 2 Wrap-Up: Q&A • The System Report Tab houses the following reports: • Marketing Reports • Browser & Operating System Reports • Insights Reports • True or False? The Demographics Report Tab allows users to view Geographic, Language, Time Zone, and Profile Segments.

  15. Lesson 3: Objectives • At the end of this lesson participants will be able to: • Customize dashboards for teams or individuals • Access shared views, including the KPI dashboard • Email daily, weekly, and/or monthly performance summaries

  16. Dashboards • Overview: Select and configure report modules for quick access to key data. • Examples of Usage: • Compare goals to actual performance • Share views with relevant metrics to specific teams • Analyze data within the context of historical and peer performance
