The arts focus for this term will be visual arts. Students will explore the different visual arts elements, both in isolation and as used in famous works of art. Music Brass instruments are the focus for year 5 students this term. Students will learn the similarities and differences between the orchestral brass instruments. PE students will participate in a unit focusing on the manipulative skills of throwing and catching. They will also participate in modified, age appropriate and non-contact activities which develop the skills of Rugby League.
