  2. 一、前言

  3. 1-1 目的 • 聚丙烯來源豐富、價格便宜、加工性能良好、拉伸強度佳、電絕緣性及耐化學藥品性能較佳,但是PP的缺口衝擊強度低。因此,開發具有高衝擊強度、高彎曲模量的高綜合性能PP複合材料已經成為迫切的需求。 • 椰殼纖維具有優良的力學性能、耐濕性、耐熱性及生物可分解性,對生態環境不會造成危害,但由於缺少適當的出路,大部分都被遺棄,這不但浪費資源,還造成一定的環境污染,因此研究天然椰殼纖維並將其應用於工業生產,有利於環境保護、生態平衡及能源節約。
