  4. Steroiden bij maculair oedeem (diabetes, vaatocclusie)

  5. Anti-VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) bij subretinale nieuwvaatvorming

  6. Praktisch • Diagnose netvliespathologie met fluoangiografie en Optical Coherence Tomography • Indicatiestelling en keuze medicatie door dienst medische retina Dr. Dany Vangermeersch

  7. Dagziekenhuis • Ambulant • Locale verdoving en ontsmetting • Pre- en postoperatief: locale antibiotica • Aantal inspuitingen afhankelijk van pathologie *Kenacort: eenmalig, eventueel herhalen na 3-6 maanden *Anti-VEGF: aanvangsbehandeling: 3 x met telkens 1 maand tussen, daarna bijkomende injecties afhankelijk van resultaat controle fluo en OCT

  8. Complicaties • Infectie • Netvliesloslating • Glasvochtbloeding • Cataractvorming
