Budget and Schedule Total Project Funds: $25,000,000 Total ARRA Funds: $15,800,000 Award Date: July 29, 2010 Project Mobilization: Sept 2010 Project Completion: Feb 2012 Delta-Mendota Canal/California Aqueduct Intertie • Construction Status: • Contract awarded July 2010. On site work expected to start early-October 2010. • Groundbreaking ceremony scheduled for October 14, 2010. • Purpose: • Pumping plant and underground pipeline connection between the DMC and CA Aqueduct to provide operational flexibility to the projects. • ARRA funds applied to the pumping plant construction contract.

Red Bluff Fish Passage Program Budget and Schedule Total Project Budget: $220,000,000 Total ARRA Funds: $115,868,000 Award Date: May 30, 2010 Project Mobilization: Jun 2010 Project Completion: Dec 2012 Construction is underway on the major contracts. Balfour Beatty is excavating the forebay and has begun driving sheet pile in the river. West Bay Builders have excavated the east side of the canal and are crossing Red Bank Creek to construct the siphon. The landfill excavation is underway along with the fill excavation on the GenIII property. The overall project is on schedule with delivery of water anticipated on time for early May 2012 and significant completion in Dec 2012. Purpose: Provide passage for listed species, green sturgeon, Chinook salmon and steelhead. Artist Rendering

  12. Folsom Safety of Dams Piers and Gates Construction Status: Project variances submitted and approved for lower realized award and programmatic contingency reduction to $18.5m. Contractor mobilized and is on site conducting administrative initiation submittals and preparatory work. Purpose: Seismic retrofit of 8 gates. Budget and Schedule Total Project Funds: $18,543,000 Total ARRA Funds: $18,543,000 Award Date: Mar 31, 2010 Project Mobilization: May 2010 Project Completion: Sep 2012
