  8. Timeline for communications • Letter from Dr. Zais to district superintendents (June) • Communicate scheduled assessment dates to DTCs (July) • DTCs provide school test coordinator contact information (September) • Information to principals and school test coordinators (September/October)

  9. School Test Coordinators’ Responsibilities • STC designated for each school • Create user account in in MyNAEP • Provide school information • Update list of sampled students and preparing for the assessment of students with disabilities and English language learners (SD/ELL) • Notify parents/guardians of participation

  10. School Test Coordinators’ Responsibilities • Submit current roster of students • Coordinate completion of questionnaires by school staff • Promote the importance of NAEP with students and school staff • Finalize assessment arrangements
