教师博客操作手册. 一 . 如何建立自己的个人博客. 1. 打开 IE 浏览器 , 在地址栏中输入 www.xsj21.com. 2. 在页面上找到 基地博客 并点击。. 3. 点击 用户注册. 4. 进行 用户注册 操作. 注意 在注册时，在用户名的前面加上 “ jsfx ”. 5. 完成注册后，点击 返回. 6. 找到 会员登陆 ，点击 管理中心. 7. 找到 我加入的区域群组 ，点击 现在开始选择 加入. 点击后面的 加入 即可. 二 . 怎样管理博客. 1. 发表自己的文章. 点击 发表. 日志发布成功后，会出现以下提示.
