  2. Where does this animal live? • Koalas live in the Eastern half of Australia in Eucalyptus trees.

  3. What does this animal like to eat? They eat mostly Eucalyptus leaves.

  4. What does animal look like? • Koalas have thick gray fur and big round ears. They have strong arms and legs.

  5. Interesting fact # 1: • They have two thumbs on each hand.

  6. Interesting fact #2: They aremarsupials so they carry their babies in the mom’s pouch.
