This article explores the fascinating distinctions between Greek and Egyptian mythology, focusing on the perception of their gods. The Greeks depicted gods in human form, which fostered a sense of closeness and defiance among worshipers, leading to what is known as the "Miracle of Greek Mythology." In contrast, Egyptians and other cultures viewed their gods as beings to be feared, often half-human and vastly different. While both mythologies intertwine with religion, they also serve to explain natural phenomena and cultural narratives that evolve over time.

Greek mythology is not a reflection on their religion!!! It is more like an explanation of something in nature or how something came to be the way it is today. BUT religion is part of mythology yet some myths explain nothing at all.
Myths in Greece just like any other story that is passed down through time in a country can change and have variations, but the overall idea or characteristics of a god/goddess are similar and overlap.
