Gossip Girl is an American teen drama television series based on the book series of the same name written by Cecily von Ziegesar. The series begins with the return of Upper East Side "it girl", Serena van derWoodsen from a mysterious stay at a boarding school in Cornwall, Connecticut.Blair Waldorf whom creators describe as the queen at the center of their chess game, is a longtime friend and occasional rival of Serena's, and the queen bee of Constance Billard School's social scene.The story also follows Chuck Bass the bad boy of the Upper East Side; "golden boy" Nate Archibald Chuck's best friend and Blair's boyfriend for many years. However, their relationship had been rocky ever since Serena left for boarding school. Other characters of the turbulent Manhattan scene: Dan Humphrey Dan's best friend Vanessa Abrams, and Dan's sister, Jenny Humphrey.
Serena van derwoodsen • Serena is Blair Waldorf's best friend, and is a character that appears to easily get whatever she wants because of her good looks, energy, and charisma. • She is tall, blonde, thin, and from the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York City. Many of the girls at Constance Billard accuse her of using her good looks as a means to secure that everything goes her way. Her parents are on the boards of all major charities and art organizations in the city. The van derWoodsens reside at 994 Fifth Avenue, a ritzy, white-gloved doorman building directly across the street from The Met and Central Park. Serena and her family own half the top floor in a 14 room penthouse. • Serena is often seen as a threat to the other girls as she is mysterious and beautiful. Serena has a nail-biting habit and also cuts her split ends off herself, mainly during her classes at Constance Billard. Though exposed and aware of the on-goings in the fashion world, Serena, unlike Blair, is not as meticulous about her fashion choices and wardrobe. She is described to have an effortless way about her. Serena is charismatic, charming, talented, funny, kind, care free and laid back. These attributes help Serena to thrive and often attract men.
Serena was in relationship with a lot of men.But,everybody knows for relationships with Chuck,Nate and Dan.She was with Nate in the same time when Blair was with him. Blair really loved him ,but Serena failed her. Blair has never forgotten that.Serena was with Chuck just one night.But,she really loves Dan..She was for a long time with him.
Blair WAldorf • Described as "a girl of extremes" by creator Cecily von Ziegesar,she is a comical overachiever who possesses both snobbish and sensitive sides. Due to her position as queen bee of Manhattan's social scene, Blair's actions and relations are under constant scrutiny from the mysterious Gossip Girl, a popular blogger. • Leighton Meester, who portrayed the character in the television drama, has described Blair as being insecure about her social status.She is the’queen of whole school’.She is beautifull,stubborn,strong,independet,evil,but in same time she is dad’s princess and compassionate.
In series she loves twice.First time ,she loves Nate.But ,her best friend Serena was with him on Blairsbirthday.She was so disapointed because of that.She decided to revenge Nate. She slept with Chuck,but she didn’t know that she would fall in love with him.A second time ,she loves Chuck. She said him: ‘I love you’ for a first time.But he didn’t return love to her,because he didn’t want to hurt her. Later,he came to her and told her that he loved her too.In the end they got married.P.S. She was with Dan only for a day.
Jenny humphrey • Jennifer Tallulah "Jenny" Humphrey is one of the characters in both the Gossip Girl and The It Girl series of novels by Cecily von Ziegesar.Jennifer Humphrey is the daughter of Rufus Humphrey,and has an older brother Dan Humphrey an aspiring writer. In the book series, Jenny Humphrey is described as a short, well endowed brunette while the television show depicts her as tall, skinny and blonde.
She’s not like other girls,she wants to be a fashion dessinger and she hasn’t got a lot of relationships. She first time slept with Chuck Bass.Butshe didn’t love him.She liked Nate.She was with him ,but not for a long time.
Vanessa Abrams • She has had a huge crush on Dan ever since they met on a fire escape when they were both locked out of a party, but Dan had always been too in love with Serena van derWoodsen to realize it.Vanessa is very fond of making dark films and spends most of her time filming people and objects. She later becomes friends with Blair Waldorf, and they become short-lived room mates.
Vanessa was loved Dan.But,in first time they was in relationship and they was really happy.They broke up when Serena comes,and Dan fall in love with her.Leter,Dan cheat Serena with Vanessa.Vanessa and Dan trought a serious have a lot of a short relationships.Vanessa was with Nate,for a long time,they were in a big love,but in Nate’s mind only was Serena.She broke up with him,because she wanted to save him from a pain. Elenorwaldorf • Eleanor Waldorf Rose is Blair Waldorf's cold hearted and often critical mother. She is also the owner of Eleanor Waldorf Designs. Eleanor's marriage to Blair's father, Harold Waldorf, ended when he left to pursue a gay relationship with Roman, a French male model. Eleanor is quite focused on her career and is often absent from Blair's life. When she does return, she is often critical of Blair's weight and often seems to favor Serena over her own daughter.
Elenor was in maridge with Harold Waldorf ,but they broke up because she found out that he’s gay.They stay good friends,because their daughter-Blair.She had several relationships,but they were short.Her other husband was Cyrus.
NATE ARCHIBALD • Nathaniel Fitzwilliam "Nate" Archibald is a character in the best selling Gossip Girl book series. He is portrayed by Chace Crawford in the television series of the same name. Nathaniel Archibald is a lacrosse player at the elite St. Jude's School for Boys. His mother, Anne Archibald, is a French socialite, and his father, Captain Archibald, is a former Navy captain and a wealthy banker. He is a fan of sailing like his father, and wished to do that instead of attending Yale with ex-girlfriend, although he expressed interest in attending Brown University. At the end of the series he sails around the world with a friend of his father's, Captain Charles "Chips" White to avoid getting in between Blair and Serena again.
Nate always loves Serena,and they’ve been friends since they were little.They were in relationship for a long time.They were together while Blair was with him.Nate was with Blair too,and he really loved her,but not so much how he loved Serena.He was with Vanessa too,and he really likedher.They were together for a long time.But,they broke up when Nate found out that he still loved Serena.P.S. He was with Jenny too.Jenny really loved him,but Nate didn’t love her.They broke up because Serena,too.
Chuck Bass • Since they were children, Chuck has been best friends with Nate Archibald, Serena van derWoodsen, and Blair Waldorf, who is his main romantic interest throughout the series. In the TV series, he is the adoptive brother of Serena and Eric van derWoodsen and step-brother to Dan and Jenny Humphrey.In the Gossip Girl novels, Chuck has a series of flings with female characters across the course of the series. He attends school at the Riverside Preparatory School for Boys on the Upper West Side, along with scholarship student Dan Humphrey. Chuck is largely friendless, but is tolerated by the others because of his family's enormous wealth. He is described as having flamboyant fashion sense, with a penchant for scarves, and keeps a pet monkey. Lazy and vain, Chuck's only interests are ‘haveing a love’ and money, and he is frequently chided by his father for lacking ambition and performing poorly in school.
Chuck is a womanizer. He was in relationship with everyone in series.He only really loved Blair. He was with Serena several times,when they were drunk,but only one night.Jenny slept with him first time,like Serena.Chuck was with Vanessa several times,but only one night,too.Blair was his first love.He really loved her,and they got married in the end.♥P.S. Dan humphrey • Dan and his family live in Brooklyn, New York, the alternative of the old-moneyed and conservative Upper East Side. He attends St. Jude's Preparatory School for Boys on the West Side as a scholarship student. He is described as being attractive and sensitive, loves to write poetry, and one of his poems, "Sluts," was featured in The New Yorker. He revealed his favorite word is death and drinks copious amounts of dark coffee. He over analyses and is easily frustrated. Dan is very close and protective of little sister Jenny. He is tall, pale, quite neurotic, and enjoys drinking coffee. He is considered to be an intellectual when it comes to writing and literature, and was in fact an intern for The Strand one summer. His favorite past time is writing on his black journals.
Dan was with Vanessa first,they were in big love. But,theyborke up when Dan fell in love with Serena.But,Serena broke up with him because of Nate.Dan returned to Vanessa,because he understood that he really loved her.Dan was with Blair,too ,but just one night. • He was with Georgina,his teacher, Olivia Burke and several unknown girls.
