  • Transfer Technology and Business Assistance to Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDBs), Women-Owned Businesses (WOBs), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOBs), HUBZone Small Businesses, and firms employing the severely handicapped
  • Increase SDB participation in DoD, Federal, and Commercial arena
  • Facilitate long-term relationships between mentor and protégé
