GOLD 2.0 Who can be a GOLD participant? • Everyyoung Y’s or YMCA person who has been a delegate to International or Area Youth Conventions • Has beenactive in leadershippositionswithinthemovement for at leastoneyear • Good English language skills • Internetaccess • Recommended by RD or Area leader

  6. GOLD 2.0 • Uponcompletionofeachlevel, a certificatewill be awarded • Afterhavingcompletedthreelevels, thecandidatecan be regarded as a GOLD trainer and lead workshops

  7. GOLD 2.0 The training containsofseveral manuals: • Communication and communication skills • Facilitation • Strategic action • Motivation • Conflictresolution • New memberorientation
