GOLD 2.O A short introduction

GOLD 2.0 program aims to offer leadership development opportunities to new members, especially individuals under 30, focusing on team building and collaboration. Participants are grouped based on time zones for effective interaction and learning. The program is open to Y's and YMCA members actively involved in leadership roles, with good English skills and internet access. Completion of each level earns a certificate, and after three levels, participants can become trainers. The training includes manuals on communication, facilitation, strategic action, motivation, conflict resolution, and member orientation.

GOLD 2.0 Who can be a GOLD participant? • Everyyoung Y’s or YMCA person who has been a delegate to International or Area Youth Conventions • Has beenactive in leadershippositionswithinthemovement for at leastoneyear • Good English language skills • Internetaccess • Recommended by RD or Area leader

  6. GOLD 2.0 • Uponcompletionofeachlevel, a certificatewill be awarded • Afterhavingcompletedthreelevels, thecandidatecan be regarded as a GOLD trainer and lead workshops

  7. GOLD 2.0 The training containsofseveral manuals: • Communication and communication skills • Facilitation • Strategic action • Motivation • Conflictresolution • New memberorientation
