  2. Every infrastructural project • Has four aspects

  3. Technical • Is it possible to be realized

  4. Economical • Is it economically justified?

  5. Environmental • Is the project environmental friendly

  6. Social • Is it accepted by population!!!!

  7. TELETHERM • is possible technically to be realized • is economically justified (according several realized studies) • is environmental friendly • IT SHOULD BE ACCEPTED BY LOCAL POPULATION!!!

  8. Adivice • Inform the public from beginning! • Inform about environmental benefits! • But MOST IMPORTANT inform about MONEY!!! • Rumors are spreading by speed of light

  9. Develop • Tool for assessment (in margin of max 20%) of costs for industry and individuals. • This tool could be online (as web application) but also in form of brochures, leaflets, etc. • Tool for assessment of environmental benefits. • Be as less as possible technical. • Visualize data
