Scope of Services Highlights • Jobs offered to all eligible current SPS custodial employees • Background check requirements will be the same as SPS employees; contractor is responsible for any associated costs • Provide at least minimum wage for all employees; SPS reserves the right to negotiate for maintenance of current wages • Provide at least one full-time Day Porter at each school • Provide benefits to current SPS employees to include at a minimum health insurance and retirement • Provide a representative to serve as the sole contact for SPS; this person to be approved by SPS prior to beginning service
Scope of Services (continued) • Provide at a minimum all equipment, products, consumables, training, and maintenance of equipment • Provide for set-up and clean up for all school activities as requested by building administrator • Schedule meetings to review services on a regular basis • Allow for the implementation of services in phases
