  2. Favorite CharactersI have lots of favorite characters in this book.One of them is Louis. I like Louis because in each chapter he does something great! Like when Mrs. Gorf was about to turn someone into an apple, a girl held up a mirror and Mrs. Gorf got turned into an apple and then Louis got the courage to eat the apple! Louis is brave, smart and can do lots of impressive things.

  3. Favorite event My favorite event is the joke about the three Erics and the school tipping over. I wonder why two Erics are very fat and the other one is skinny. I visualized the two chubby Erics and the skinny Eric running to one side of the school and it tipping over and it made me laugh out loud! I think Louis Sachar has a good imagination

  4. Fantasy vs. Realism • Fantasy • 1.Mrs Gorf turning kids in to apples • 2.Having to stand on your head to read • 3.Mrs Jules thinking the kids are monkeys and want bananas • Realism • 1.Kids going to school • 2.Helping out friends • 3.nice teacher {Mrs Jules}

  5. How the Story Could be Improved • 1 More than 2 teachers • 2 After each chapter continue what is going on next • 3 more pictures to describe the topic • 4 Not with Mrs Gorf dying

  6. Recommendation I would recommend this book to everybody because: 1.It will make you laugh 2.The characters are interesting 3.Each character has a cool personality 4.One of the best books I’ve ever read
