Student Chapters AITP Chicago

The AITP Chicago Student Chapter has made significant strides since its inception in January 2013. Initially starting with eight chapters, four were recommended for deactivation, while three remain active, serving a total of 153 members. The chapter collaborates with local universities to offer various programs, including mentoring, webinars, and internships, aiming to enhance students' professional development. Despite challenges related to communication and student engagement, the chapter continues to establish new connections, fostering a community of student ambassadors and promoting technology education in collaboration with the Illinois Technology Foundation.
