Understanding the Data • NACE 2011-12 Career Services Benchmark Survey • 84.2% centralized (15.8% decentralized) • Median office space-1,200 square feet • 2 interview rooms • Full Time Professional Staff (Overall) • Mean= 5.1, Median= 3.5 • WSU(approximately 3600 students) • Mean=5.3, Median=4.0 • Employer relations staff-39 had one (8 had 2, and 16 had 0) • Students Per Professional Staff (Overall) • Mean: 1644, Median= 859 • WSU- Mean:1,179, Median= 918 • Clerical Staff (Overall) • Mean:4.4, Median=3.0
