  2. Choose high Protein foods 30 % Protein 27-30 % Protein 26 % Protein Goat/ Lamb Chicken Fish 30.4% Protein 36 % Protein 51.6% Protein Bean Beef Shrimp 14.7% Protein 35.7% Protein 13 % Protein Lentil Egg Peas

  3. choose Slow Digesting Foods Whole meal flower Roti Barley semolina Whole meal flower Bread Beans Wheat Unpolished Rice Oatmeal Lentil Note: These foods contained complex carbohydrates, so they digest slowly.

  4. Avoid this food Trans &saturated fat, and cholesterol Fried Duck Liver Fried Chicken Trans Fat Junk Food Lung French Fry Hotdog Saturated Fat Fatty Meat Kidney Chicken Heart Note: Organ meat (lung, liver, kidney etc.) contain high conc. of heavy metal which are carcinogenic.

  5. Milk and dairy products Choose Low Fat Labneh Low Fat Cheese Low Fat Milk Low Fat Yoghurt Saturated Fat Avoid Full Cream Yoghurt Whipped ream Whole Milk Ice Cream Note:Eating fat-rich foods multiplies your risk for heart disease.
