  2. Insert a Picture From a File • Click on the Insert tab. • In the Images group, click on the Picturesbutton. • Navigate to the desired picture andclick on Insert.

  3. Insert ClipArt • Click on the Insert tab. • In the Images group, click on the Clip Art button. • Enter a keyword and click on Search. • Click on the desired picture.

  4. Insert Screenshot • Click on the Insert tab. • In the Images group, click on the Screenshot button. • Select the program that you want to select the screenshot from.

  5. Insert Shapes • Click on the Insert tab. • In the Illustrations group, click on the Shapes button. • Navigate to the desired shape andclick on it.

  6. Insert SmartArt • Click on the Insert tab. • In the Illustrations group, click on the SmartArt button. • Navigate to the desired shape and click on it.

  7. Insert Hyperlink • Select the text that is to be the hyperlink. • Click on the Insert tab. • In the Links group, click on Hyperlink. • Enter the URL (web address) of the web page you want to navigate to. • Yahoo!

  8. Insert Chart • Click on the Insert tab. • In the Illustrationsgroup, click on Chart. • Excel will open with a chart template. • Change the data in the template.

  9. Insert WordArt • Click on the Insert tab. • In the Text group, click on the WordArt button. • Enter your text and set the desired formatting options. WordArt!

  10. Insert Video • Click on the Insert tab. • In the Media group, click on the Video down arrow. • Click on Video from file. • Navigate to the desired video and click on it. • Click on OK.

  11. Insert Audio • Click on the Insert tab. • In the Media group, click on the Audio down-arrow. • Click on Audio from File. • Navigate to the desired sound and click on it. • Click on OK.
