A blog represents a short term used for the meaning “Web log”, being an online, chronological collection of personal commentary and links. • It is easy to create and use from anywhere with an Internet connection, • Blogs are a form of Internet publishing that has become an established communications tool.

  3. Blogs are very popular through the entire world • Candidates began using them as tools for outreach and opinion forming

  4. Types of blogs: • Personal blogs • Corporate and organizational blogs • Particular blogs: • By genre • By media type • By device • Reverse blog

  5. Personal reflection • In my opinion a blog represents a big step into the future, the possibility of people to be informed, to interact, to exchange information. • In the same time this instrument may be harmful for the blogger’s image, because of the possibility of different attacks or threats against the blogger, sometimes without apparent reason.
