  3. Focus on 3 Sites • Ash River Trail is furthest road from Fermilab that is still in the United States • Ash River Trail sites are ~811 km from Fermilab and range from 11 to 15 km off-axis • Mine Centre is ~845 km from Fermilab • Kjostad Lake is ~775 km from Fermilab

  5. Next Steps • Formal request to DNR for land acquisition and road easement • Formal request to Boise Cascade for road easement • Begin environmental review process with goal of achieving “Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI)”
